Carefully place your unwashed and unworn items into a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then attach it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
